Location
One of the
finest hotels in Finland, the stylish Radisson SAS Royal Hotel is located in
the heart of Helsinki. Housed in a building that has been a modern landmark

Radisson SAS Royal Hotel is 804 meters from Temppeliaukio Church in
Helsinki. It is within one kilometer of the Central Train Station and the
Gulf of Bothnia. Töölön Lake, Market Square, Senate Square and Sederholm
House are less than two kilometers from the hotel. The Gulf of Finland is
approximately two kilometers away. Next to the city's newest and largest
business, shopping and entertainment district and close to the new Kamppi
area where guests can indulge in a movie in the multiplex theatre or take an
invigorating tour of the art museum.
Bus and underground stations right across the street, Helsinki-Vantaa
International Airport is only 30 minutes from the hotel by car.
Rooms
All the 262
rooms, including Standard, Superior and Business Class rooms and eight
suites, have been recently renovated and designed to embody Scandinavian
design at its best. Free Broadband including wireless Internet access is
available throughout the hotel for all our registered hotel guests. The
rooms, decorated in rich, warm colors, but in slick, modern style, are all
the same large size and in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms.
How does a
relaxing rocking chair sound like? We have one in almost every room. A
bathtub is also standard as well as individual climate control. Most of the
rooms are non-smoking and rooms for disabled guests are offered upon
request.
Dining
Radisson
SAS Royal Hotel features fresh barbecue and music by Sonic Scetch at
restaurant Grill it. The Bar specializes in martinis. The hotel's saunas are
available mornings and nights. The rooftop terrace is offered for a fee with
reservations. Complimentary buffet-style breakfasts are served.
The grill restaurant serves international dishes, specializing in prime
fillet. The Atrium restaurant serves Danish smorgesbords and numerous other
light dishes.
Fitness
& well being
All hotel guests have access to the saunas in the morning and evenings. A
top-floor VIP sauna with a spacious relaxation room and a roof terrace for
maximum of 8 persons can be booked for private get-togethers or parties for
extra charge.
There are several fitness centers near the hotel to help you keep up with
your workout schedule. Helsinki also offers a vast network of hiking, cross
