Experience the full scenery and sail on the amazing Breiðafjörður bay in a unique landscape between thousand islands. The bay holds a fantastic variety of bird life, including puffins, cormorants, the white tailed eagle, kittiwakes, eider ducks and more.

See islands with incredible basalt forms and taste scallops and sea urchin fresh from the sea. Experience wonders of strangely shaped cliffs and enter a world where wildlife thrives in its own natural environment. A net-plough is cast overboard and the seabed trawled for shellfish delicacies to taste. It doesn’t come any fresher or tastier than this.

En route; an unforgettable stop at Bjarnarhöfn, where the old national delicacy “cured shark” is prepared for consumption.
