Aurora Chalet is the newest hotel in Luosto. Privately owned Aurora Chalet
opened its doors in August 2005. The hotel is located in the centre of
Luosto - close to all services; skiing tracks, ski slopes, snowmobile tracks
and Pyhä-Luosto national park.
The theme of the Aurora Chalet is the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights.
The rooms offer a splendid setting in which to enjoy the spectacular show
that this unique natural light phenomenon offers: the windows of every room
in the hotel face the northern horizon. The Aurora Alarm service will inform
clients when the Northern Lights are visible in the sky.
The restaurant of Hotel Aurora Chalet serves northern culinary delights in a
pleasant and warm ambience. On the lava stone grill in the open kitchen,
local ingredients are transformed into international-class delicacies.
