Day 1 Sun LONGYEARBYEN
Upon arrival at the Svalbard Airport you will be met by our tour guides. Transfer from the airport to the Spitsbergen Hotel for overnight.

9:55 SK4412 from Oslo, via Tromsø (arr. 11:45, dep. 12.25), arr. 14:05, airport shuttle (NOK50,-).
22:00 SK4496 from Oslo, direct flight, arrival 00:50 (Monday), transfer to Spitsbergen Hotel included.
23:50 SK4492 from Tromsø, arrival 01:30 (Monday), transfer to Spitsbergen Hotel included
(connecting flight from Oslo to Tromsø; SK4434 19:45-21:35)

Day 2 Mon LONGYEARBYEN - BARENTSBURG (B, L, D)
07:00 Breakfast is served until 10:00.
09:00Your guide meets you at breakfast.
11:00 Information meeting / briefing before the tour starts.
Preparations and packing of equipment. We start out from Longyearbyen towards the Russian settlement Barentsburg where we have lunch, before heading for Vårsolbukta. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Barentsburg.

Day 3 Tue KAPP LINNÉ - VAN MIJENFJORD (B, L, D)
After breakfast we drive towards the glacier Fridtjovbreen and Van Mijenfjorden. Lunch en route. In the afternoon we’ll arrive at our Spitsbergen Expedition Lodge that will be our base the next two days. Dinner at the lodge in the evening.

Day 4 Wed TEMPELFJORD (B, L, D)
After breakfast. Set out towards Tempelfjorden, heading north. The final route of the day is
based upon the weather- and ice conditions. Lunch en route. Dinner at the lodge in the evening.

Day 5 Thu TEMPELFJORD  - LONGYEARBYEN (B)
Weather permitting, we finish our safari with a trip to the east coast of Spitsbergen. Lunch en route. Return to Longyearbyen in the evening. Accommodation and dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Departure flights:
Day 6, Friday 03:30 Night transfer to the airport for departures SK 4497 and SK 4493 included.
04:40 SK4493/SK4409 to Oslo via Tromsø (arr. Tromsø at 06:15, dep. 08:30), arr. Oslo at 10:20.
05:00 SK4497 to Oslo, direct flight, arrival Oslo at 07:55.
11:00 Latest check-out for late departures.
14:55 SK4425 to Oslo, via Tromsø (arr. 16:30, dep. 17:15), arrival 19:10, airport shuttle (NOK 50,-per person).
