During the long sunlit days of the northern summer, the historic cities along the Baltic Sea come alive with color and vitality. Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius are rich in history, architectural splendors and revitalized culture. Tallinn, an important port from long ago, has become a bridge between East and West. The beautiful Old Town with its medieval architecture and slender church spires is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. Riga is the capital of the Republic of Latvia, the state's administrative and political center and the largest city in the Baltic States. Often called a “small Paris”, its history is dating back many centuries. Its Old Town, the most ancient part of the city has been preserved from the 13th century. Klapeida, the Old Town by the sea, founded in 1252,  is the third-largest city in Lithuania. As a key port city in the European Union, it is a window to the world of international trade. Vilnius is often called a baroque city, but you will find buildings of gothic and renaissance styles. Main sights are the Gediminas Castle and the Cathedral Square. Because of its uniqueness, the Old Town was inscribed on the Unesco World Heritage List.
 

Day 1 Sun ARRIVE TALLINN
Arrival in Tallinn, capital of Estonia. Optional transfer to hotel. Check-in at your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel of your choice.

Day 2 Mon TALLINN (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Tallinn (3 hours) including a bus tour into suburbs and a walking tour in the Old Town. The walking tour ends in the heart of the Old Town, close to shops and restaurants. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel of your choice.

Day 3 Tue TALLINN – RIGA (B)
After breakfast assisted transfer by coach from Tallinn to Riga, capital of Latvia (ca 5 hours). Check–in at the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel of your choice.

Day 4 Wed RIGA (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. The morning sightseeing tour of Riga (3 hours) encompasses the most significant sights of the Old Town. The end of the tour is in the Old Town, close to several shops and restaurants. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel of your choice.
 

Day 5 Thu RIGA – KLAIPEDA (B)
After breakfast assisted transfer by coach to Klaipeda (ca 5 hours). Check–in at the hotel. In the afternoon enjoy a walking tour of the port city Klaipeda (1.5 hours). Explore the Old Town with the Theatre Square and the bustling port, visited by many cruise ships. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel of your choice.

Day 6 Fri KLAIPEDA – VILNIUS (B)
After breakfast assisted transfer by coach from Klaipeda to Vilnius (ca 5 hours). Check–in at hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel of your choice.

Day 7 Sat VILNIUS (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning enjoy a sightseeing tour of Vilnius, capital of Lithuania (3 hours). See the grand Cathedral of Peter and Paul, the small church of St Anna, and ruins of the Upper and Lower Castle. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel of your choice.

Day 8 Sun DEPART VILNIUS
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
